General terms of business
Offers

All offers are not-binding and only as long as stock reaches. Verbal arrangements need our written approval. All prices are without packing charges and forwarding expenses, provided that delivery free of packaging and free of freight is not agreed. All given prices contain the German value added tax.

Payment terms

Our bills are payable without exception in advance. With payment excess we are left to ourselves to settle bank-usual costs and interest. With nonredemption of a debit an additional handling charge of 50.00 euros is calculated.

Delivery

The delivery occurs basically by DPD or German post. If the product was not prepaid, the due amount is debited a sum to an account in the debit procedure. The customer agrees with the debit of the invoice amount of his account. Deliveries beyond Germany basically only against precash. The delivery occurs on danger of the customer.

Guarantee and complaint

Complaints must go immediately, at the latest, however, 8 days on receipt of the product are indicated the supplier, otherwise the terms of delivery count as accepted. According to the distant sales law we put away for new unused product a right to exchange goods of 14 days from calculation date. The article is free to send back to us. Guarantee claims come under the statute of limitations at the end of the legal term of 6 months from billing date. The guarantee claim refers merely to the substitute of a faultily delivered product. If as can be proved faulty product was delivered we are left to ourselves to deliver substitute or to give, however, a credit. The object is free to send back to us. We take over no liability for the assembly from ourselves to delivered product as well as for article which are used in the racing sport.

Retention of title

All goods delivered by us remain up to entire payment of the purchase price, as well as up to payment of all obligations from the business connection to the buyer our property.

Universal

Should single parts of the preceding terms of business become ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining conditions is not thereby impaired. By completion of the contract the buyer recognizes the validity of our terms of business also with other word according to his shopping terms in.

Other

Size, weights and pictures in our documents are without any obligations. The legal venue for buyers and salesclerks is exclusively Kaufbeuren. All arrangements need the written form.
